The ASTEC Story
ASTEC Electricians was founded in 2016, by Aaron and his wife, Jordan, with the goal of building a successful family-centred Electrical business, This desire is the cornerstone of the business with the core values of the company – respect, courtesy, and Integrity – ensuring strong relationships are built with both employees and clients, alike.
While the ASTEC Story may have started as a husband and wife project, it has grown over the years, with every relationship that is built and every service that is rendered. It is done as a committed effort to challenge the stereotype created by other businesses and individuals who disrespect a client’s time, fail to be immaculate on site and provide poor workmanship.

After leaving school, Aaron began his apprenticeship in 2004 and qualified as an electrician in 2008. He has extensive experience in the residential sector, including both Installation and maintenance. Aaron also has commercial construction & maintenance, industrial plant maintenance, mining, telecommunications & AC installation experience, prior to starting ASTEC Electricians in 2016.
Having graduated high school in 2009 Jordan studied speech pathology at ECU and graduated in 2014 Jordan enjoys the time she has with her four children, as well as the time spent building ASTEC Electricians, with her husband.
Passionate about diving, rock climbing and building just about anything, James is married to his lovely wife and enjoys regular road trips to see family in the south west with their Labrador, Gus.
